What Members Thought

Karen
I enjoyed this book on Ancient Rome and Mary Beard obviously loves her subject. Although I sometimes had trouble keeping track of the Roman names, it was a really good refresher course for me. I do think that if this is a first time reading on Ancient Rome, this is not the place to begin. Highly recommended.
