What Members Thought

This is my opinion only: the subject of this book may have been a recluse, but he certainly wasn’t a hermit. Noah John Rondeau was a hermit. Knight watched tv, stole everything he needed. He was either incapable or unwilling to provide himself with the basic necessities of food shelter and clothing without taking what someone else had worked for and earned. Sorry - I fail to see why he is even worthy of a book. Dismal failure.

Pretty interesting story on a man who walked away from the world just after high school.
Takeaways:
1. Losing the sense of self which comes from being alone with oneself.
2. This oneness has been found by ascetics through history.
3. The result is a life lived but unlikely to have much left as a trace of itself.
4. The explanation of why is difficulty convey.
