What makes an immigrant, what makes a native? How do you know you’re are where and with whom you’re supposed to be? This book is beautifully written, a slow burn that I will be thinking of for a long time. And it concludes my @bookriot #readharder challenge, #lastbook2017
This book seems ever more timely than when I first read it. Is even better the second time around...
Wow, this small book packs a punch. Will we all end up as refugees, moving place to place to escape persecution for being human? This would make a great book club choice.
I really liked listening to this book, read by the author. It really made me think about lots of things. Living in a war zone, living as a refugee. Loving in those situations, etc.
