Shelves: graphic-novel, weather, emergency, hurricane, disaster
A heartbreaking and horrifying graphic novel about Hurricane Katrina and New Orleans. This is a good read for middle grade and older, although I read it with my curious 8-year-old who expressed concern and outrage and asked very thoughtful questions with every turn of the page. You can't help but to feel emotionally invested in this story. ...more
