An interesting compilation of short vignettes of a son's dealing with his father's impending death in contrast with how his father is dealing with the same subject. I don't see how they made a movie out of this one. It seems to be too introspective a theme for a movie. ...more

I would actually give this book 3 and a half stars. I enjoyed the book but I saw the movie first and truly liked the movie better.
