Wolf Hollow is about Annabelle, an eleven year old girl living in rural Pennsylvania during World War II. There is a bully at her school, Betty, who is framing a solitary WWI veteran, Toby, for all her misdeeds. Annabelle and her family are on friendly terms with Toby. Due to the traumas Toby experienced during the war he has some mental health issues, and many community members are not so accepting.
