I really enjoyed this audiobook borrowed from our library. An unfolding story of several characters in the European theater in WWII that was lively, interesting, and surprising/mysterious. Turow is an excellent writer and was always intrigued by WWII, where his father had served as a doctor in the Bastogne area, where some of the action of the novel takes place--famous for what became known as "The Battle of the Bulge." Excellent narration done with good voicing & accents. ...more
