3.5 to 4 stars for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, probably because it features a brilliant librarian as well as a totally annoying one. However, I never believed our hero and heroine would really be obsessed in counting everything, even when the total was over a thousand. Also, I guessed whodunnit pretty early on. And there were too many characters for me. The book is somewhat dated, though that never bothered me. But a fun read if you're looking for something light and enjoy a gentle spoof
