What Members Thought
This is the first of this mystery series that I've read, even though it is the second installment, and I liked it. I like the way the author writes and gives her characters believability while weaving a good plot. She also makes the Singaporean culture understandable to a reader such as me, who does not know a lot about that country or its customs. Some of the food descriptions certainly sound yummy, though.

Fun read with dark undertones that made me hungry and taught me about some of the social and economic issues in Singapore.
