This is the second book flop for me this month. The problem is not so much that this was Christian fiction, as the shallowness of the characters.
This is the story of three female childhood friends who face a heartbreaking ordeal together. The narrator is the most immature person I have ever encountered, and I do read YA sometimes. Wonderfully entertaining and an emotional roller coaster---be sure to have a box of tissues but it is well worth the tears. For someone raised in the South, especially a small rural town, this will be like strolling through memory lane and the laughs will help with the tears.
