Mixed feelings about this book. I loved all the use of Polish words - brought me back to when my Babci lived with my parents and us and I could understand Polish completely. I love books about women' friendships.Kamila, Anna and Justyna - all flawed personalities - supported each other in their complicated and imperfect lives. And interestingly their mothers were kind of losers, but the Babcis were a source of strength to the girls. What I did not like was how it painted this area of modern Pola
