I loved this book. I really struggled with the last book I read of hers (NW) and didn't like it at all until the second half. This felt much more accessible, while having her incredible gift for language - lyrical, funny, weird. I don't think I really liked any of the characters or what happened to them - which in no ways diminishes the love I feel for the book. I was so engrossed from the beginning, and a little dislike wasn't going to change that. ...more

I thought this was a really smart book but it didn't really ring true emotionally. I thought it was way better than some of the super hyped up books I've read recently. I just wish I had read this first. ...more
