What Members Thought
A decent enough mystery, but I feel like Kuhns doesn't quite make enough out of her setting in a Shaker community. Maybe history class is just too far in the past for me, but I would have appreciated some more insight into Shaker beliefs and the reasons why tension was so high between them and their non-Shaker neighbors.
