What Members Thought
Not having read any of this author's books before, I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleased with this story. It was a fast and pleasant read, and since it was about a school teacher of a one-room school in Nebraska in the late 1890's, I was intrigued, having spent 40 years of my life as a teacher also. (Thankfully, NOT in a one-room school!)

Good, clean romance. I wish it would have gotten more in to the suffrage movement.
