3.5 really. I started this book and didn't read anything else until I finished it, so the story kept me engrossed enough to keep reading. I do think that I would read another book by this author.

Jeanie Taylor's husband, Glen is a suspect in a kidnapping case, just how much does she know about it? She claims her husband loves children and would do nothing to harm them. What is the truth? Enjoyed the writing and the story.

Considering what I'm about to read, I probably shouldn't complain about a book that's simple.

A really compelling mystery which flits back and forth in time and told from various points of view. This adds to the intrigue and gives clues along the way for the reader to consider. Due to the moving around in time, I'd recommend reading a physical book rather than ebook because you will want to flick back to work out the timeline ...more

All in all a good story, not really a "thriller" but a page turner nonetheless. I found the main character, the widow, unlikable tho and wasn't at all sympathetic toward her. ...more
