I just love the way she wrote - spare, yet rich. This is the story of Gladys, who, like Dorian Gray, refuses to acknowledge that she was getting older. The story revolves around her, her total self absorption, and the price she is willing to pay to remain youthful. Only 199 pages that will stick with me.
