I found Wringer to be a powerful and emotional read. Jerry Spinelli captures the struggles of growing up—wanting to fit in while also listening to your own conscience. The story touches on difficult themes like peer pressure and animal cruelty, but it opened the door for some really meaningful conversations with my child about kindness and courage.
