Hirsh Hirshhausen does not consider himself an incompetent detective. However when he is re-positioned to Tiverton in the wilds of Australia after a stint in Adelaide he begins to wonder about his career choice. All of the police staff that he is dealing with are incompetent, corrupt or both.
