I am having trouble with the review of this book because it was almost written in diary form, with quotes in a Papua New Guinea language that wasn't translated, a myriad of people that weren't exactly introduced, in other words, I had to assume a lot. I did think this book was interesting in that it was from a different viewpoint than the usual Peace Corps or Mission worker.
