I like the premise of this book- circus life, twin sisters, a great tragedy, mystery and New York City!!! What else do I need??
But.. turned out, even though the story is quite engaging, with very curious characters and narrator, some parts of the book is a bit confusing, especially related to the timeline. Each chapter is focused on different character, and unfortunately Parry couldn't make smooth transitions in terms of the time and plot.
