this, was a chore
I had a hard time identifying with Nadia, the main character, she lacked authenticity and depth. the story line itself was okay, but not enough to keep me anticipating the next page. the title itself didn't make much sense, in relation to the story, perhaps I've just read too many books on the subject of post war immigration struggles and the role Russia played at that time, perhaps I heard too many first hand stories, perhaps, being an immigrant myself I've become a bit jaded s ...more
