The subtitle is an excellent conveyor of what this book is made up of. The French woman's approach to love is very different from the American puritan standard, that is for sure. The style guides are more coherent than those in some other French style books I've read, and the bad habits were interesting, if sometimes bewildering (though never surprising).

Humorously & unapologetically advocates/demonstrates how to be a snob.
Lots of funny situations, yet I would not ever want to behave like this.
Focus on mystery, deception, and snobbery rather than charm.
