I started "Between the World and Me" this morning, and I just finished it. I loved that Coates wrote this book as an epistle. I really like this type of book, and really liked all the ones I have read in the last couple of years.

This is a must-read. Ta-Nehisi Coates pens a beautiful, heart-wrenching letter to his son growing up in a world where skin color effects the trajectory of your life. Between the World and Me tackles some of the major issues in America, namely, the issue of Race. This book will make you think and reevaluate your world.
