Beautiful prose and excellent character development! I got a very good sense of West Virginia and her residents. A great mystery, albeit a bit slow paced at times. I really liked the back story of Bell Elkins as it was woven through the story and the secondary case with Albie Sheets.

I hope Ms. Keller writes more mysteries!

Really more about rural West Virginia than a suspense or thriller novel, but a good look at a oft ignored state.
