So timely for me . . . Excellent leadership book that addressed so many issues that I grapple with but thought I was the only one struggling. Ever grateful to Sandberg for having the courage to write this.
I thought this was an excellent book, and I have recommended it to several of the younger women in my office.
I wish that I had a book like this as a resource 30 years ago. It is filled with so many facts and figures, and studies, to back up the perspectives and conclusions that are made in this book. I highly recommend this for women in the workforce who are juggling careers and families, and men as well.
