The description of this book is spot on...but it was still more drama within a family than I cared to embrace. I didn’t ever have that feeling of eagerness to continue the story. I listened only while driving in the car and even though there were a few time I missed a detail of what was happening, I never felt compelled to rewind and listen because I really didn’t care much about how it would contribute to the overall outcome. Ah, another great Moriarty book. Well, this one was an audiobook for me, listened to on my iPhone--borrowed from the library. And this was Moriarty's debut novel. Great dialogue & back-and-forth repartee. I liked it a lot--the three twin sisters were quite the characters, in quite the predicaments. Well-threaded story telling, as their lives and those of the other family members & friends they interact with unfolded. Quirky & interesting characters who are very down-to-earth. ...more

Honestly, this book is probably 2.5 Stars. Certainly the weakest of the Moriarty books I’ve read. But I bumped it because I really identified with the character of Cat.
