First things first--I'm so glad it's over, that I've finished reading this book, that is. Not a good feeling, when you're in/committed to finishing a book, and it just drags & drags and you wonder when it's ever going to end. Actually, I'm not sure this book ever really got going for me; oh, maybe there was a section of two that was interesting, but, for the most part, I could care less about the main character (& and the few sideline characters)--there just wasn't anything really compelling or ...more
