I gave this book three stars because I honestly have no idea how to process it. It was hands-down the weirdest thing I have read in a very long time.
The title is a bit misleading as the so-named character is more accurately a vegan. She is disgusted by cheese and meat alike.
I liked reading this novel with its South Korean setting and its characters bowing to each other in various ways. One person 'sketched a playful bow', another sketches a shallow bow', one is 'vanising without bowing goodbye', and others 'exchange bows'.
