What Members Thought
This was a surprisingly good little middle grade/YA historical fiction mystery. And when I say little I mean in size (because it's a quick read) not in story. In fact, the story is very well written and constructed. I had not previously heard of this book and had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this to middle grade/YA readers who like a good old-fashioned 19th century adventure and don't mind a little murder mystery gore.
