Back about 5 years ago now, I read two books by Tan Twan EngTan Twan EngThe Gift of Rain and The Garden of Evening Mists, that I absolutely loved (and how could you not read books with those beautiful titles?). I keep hoping to find a new book by Eng, and this collection of short stories by Malaysian authors was what I found. All of these stories were good, though not long enough at 118 pages.
