A quick read with some interesting ideas (how much do we use travel to escape our lives and identities at home) but entirely preposterous plotting. Absorbing enough but somehow unsatisfying. The premise: single woman stranded in Morocco with her passport and money stolen finds a series of ways to survive, and is still doing so when the book ends. During the story we gradually discover her back story which explains why she is there, and for me this was the most interesting part.
