What Members Thought
I'm glad I read this book. For some reason I have shied away from reading about the Vietnam War, maybe because it is too close to home (having a combat veteran in the family). This book is the answer to the liberal left's version of the war: that it was an immoral war, that it was unwinnable, etc. His answer was yes, it was moral to help a country (South Vietnam) fighting its neighbor's communist aggression (North Vietnam), and we did win all the battles.
