A confession written by a Vietnamese spy, a man who feels split between two worlds, and partly because he was constantly being reminded that he was a bastard, half Vietnamese and half American. But more than that, it is smartly witty, even while dealing with torture and killing. a strange read, but rewarding and gives a different perspective on the Vietnam/American conflict.
