This was such a great idea, but so disappointing in the execution. The plot details are ludicrous - it reads like a teen girl's wish-fulfillment fantasy: girl lives in poverty but is happy with good friends! girl faces adversity! girl fights The Man! (the mildest of spoilers ahead:)(view spoiler)

I liked this, but I would have liked it more if there was a back story into how the dystopia became dystopian.
