Woman has world's most embarrassing moment shown to the art world via pretentious art installation after being used by expatriates who needed extra household help. I hope the sequel is how she plays THEIR game, embraces her humiliation, gets represented by a "daring" new gallery and eclipses her vilifier in the art world.......... Some great observations on what it means to live an ordinary single life that does relates in no way to the single adult life portrayed on shows like "Sex in the City.

I will give this book three stars because the writing is amazing, but I can't say I enjoyed the experience of reading it. In fact I could not wait for it to be over. I can't understand why this has made every "must read" list for the summer. It seems to have such a limited appeal. So best advice I could give to the main character, if you are a single 39 year old, don't be a 3rd grade teacher and think this will be a stimulating life.
