The book description gives enough plot detail, so I just want to share how I like and relate to some of the characters. First, I can sometimes see myself in Grace, frustrated & whiny about a situation, but passively waiting for it to change as if the other party realizes how they've wronged me (or my family). I had a similar conversation with a friend as the one below recently as he reminded me that I was stuck and hoping for things to change, when all I really had control of was my own actions ...more
