If I could give this book SIX stars, I would. It is a wonderful story that has a beautiful, though isolated setting, great characters, and a plot that has sadness but yet is filled with determination and hope. As you read, you develop an admiration for the spirit and courage of these people, and a desire to see them content and happy. I don't re-read many books, but this is a book I am definitely keeping! ...more
