The stories of several women's lives and loves in small town US. A bit twee for my usual tastes but a good holiday read, especially as I was travelling in the same area that it is set. ...more

Shelves: couldnt-finish
Loved the story line. However, I didn't get 20 pages into it before there was language and discussion that I wasn't okay with. Makes me sad as it's logged as Christian fiction in our library. Was really hoping it would be okay. :( Now the question is--can I try other Macomber books or all they all like this? ...more
