What Members Thought
This is all about inter species communication and how U.S. law views it. It is an interesting read for those who have ever loved an animal as well as taking a hard look at using animals for medical research. I'm not sure I agree with all of the author's premises, but he definitely gives his readers something to think about.

Kind of sappy in places, told from the point of view of a dead woman, an easy read with animal rights as the main subject.
Some sections of this book deserve a five.
An entertaining and cleverly conceived way to expose the challenges of animal research, forcing us to look at our definitions. Outstanding read.
