A brief discussion of the concept of Gross National Happiness, (GNH) written by a journalist who stayed there for several months interviewing key people. It's a fascinating concept, and as the author says "it is almost impossible to separate Bhutanese culture from the spiritual riches of Bhuddhism. Bhutan was a GNH country before there was GNH".
