Very twisty, turny with unreliable narrators who you hate and cheer for in turn. Slight damp squib of an ending but for the most part the compelling read made up for that.
My only criticism of the book is that it has an overabundance of flawed characters who were available at the right time and place for the exploitation of main characters in the story.
Apart from this very convenient plotting tool the story had all the right ingredients of a bestseller. Pace, alternate viewpoints between victim and suspect, and chapter cliff-hangers at regular intervals. Well written but evil.
More like 3.5 stars. Fit the bill for my audiobook desires - fun, absorbing trash. Funner than most, and so many unexpected twists and turns.
Kept my attention and had some great twists! Good summer read however the ending disappointed me.
