I was very excited to win this from Goodreads as a give-away and the bonus was that it was a continuation of one of my all time favorites, Pride and Prejudice. Yay for lovely gifts.

As a fan of both Jane Austen and P.D. James I felt compelled to read this, even knowing it was likely to disappoint me. Overall reaction: Meh...
Maybe it is because I had high expectations, but I thought it could have been better. There seemed to be very little interaction between Mr. Darcy and Lizzy until the very end, and the mystery element was a bit weak.
I enjoyed this book, but I still like her earlier mysteries better. Still, this was a good read.
