What Members Thought
I have enjoyed reading Russell Banks novels. The characters and their situations grab you and don't let go. This story was no different. It was narrated by the main character, a 14 year old boy who some reviewers have compared to a modern day Huck Finn or Holden Caufield. Unlike those books, this story is not for children. Chappie, who evolves into his new name, "The Bone" was involved in some unbelievable adventures/situations that should make parents want to hold tight to their kids to keep th
