**Spoiler Alert** I knew this book would be a difficult book for me to read. I couldn't read all of Jody Picoult's book "The Perfect Match" and struggled to get through "My Lovely Bones". I have a very difficult time thinking that anyone would want to harm a child in any way ... not only sexual but physically and verbally.

Just began this book ... It received several stars on Goodreads & has me interested at page 20.
This book is so well-written, but it isn't a light story. I found the honesty of the writing to be compelling & I wanted to follow it through to the end. The author did such a wonderful job of not blaiming the victim of her story, but also walked the delicate line with complicated family relationships. ...more
