I read The Knife of Never Letting Go as an Addicted to YA Book of the Month in 2014. It was hard to get into the rhythm of the written dialect, and I was unsure how to process all the large "noise" fonts or the concept of noise in general. I started loving this book - seemed interesting and unique - and ended by hating this book. I almost stopped an hour away from the end at a certain needless, cruel death, but continued for more bad-guy rising-from-the-surely-dead-this-time, more dull girl that wasn't worth the sacrifice, more ungrateful and bit stupid main character. more running. then stopping. then running. then a fight. then running.

CRAZY good, although be warned that the style is sometimes a little rough going.
