The 11-year-old and I read this in anticipation of the new Amazon Prime series. While some of the more dated cultural references when went over tween's head and some of the Briticisms went over both our heads, we both really enjoyed the story. It's a little like Wizard of Oz - where the journey is the exciting part of the story, not a big, climactic ending. The antichrist has been born but there is a mixup at the hospital and he ends up with the wrong family. Angel Azaraphel and Demon Crowley try to stop the apocalypse from coming because they enjoy living on Earth. Two witch hunters and the last descendent of Agnes Nutter (witch) also become involved in the story. A fun story.

Fun ride, funny mini-illustrations. Not that the idea of slightly-good-but-nominally-evil and mostly-good-with-bits-of-gray hasn't been done before, but Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett have a fun vibe together.
