It took me more than 125 pages to find this book worthwhile and interesting. Their lives at camp just didn't seem satisfyingly linked initially. Over time, the stories of each individual became more worthwhile. There were some personality traits I did not care for within some characters, but they were consistent over their lifetime, so believable. I really enjoyed this even though it's mostly about how strange it is to get older (which isn't the most relaxing subject to read about).

I really wanted to like this book. I felt at times the author thought up exciting or complicated word combinations and forced ways to use them when it wasnt necessary. And character Jules, get over yourself!
