This is so good, full of household ghosts and sweet, sad humor.

I really wanted to love this book... it came so highly recommended. I think I might have liked it if there were less story lines and characters. I couldn't keep up and had to keep flipping back and forth. I particularly liked Ruby's story and would have probably enjoyed it on it's own.

I love Ruby Lennox - she's utterly charming in spite of a family that would put even Loveline callers to shame. Atkinson handles the mysteries and secrets of the characters beautifully.
