Third in a trilogy, it turns out. Not compelled to read the other ones. I'm sure my rating's suffered a bit by comparison to Blackout/All Clear, which isn't really fair, but c'est la vie (I shall start speaking French, because apparently one can become French simply by cutting one's hair short and holding one's fork in one's left hand).
Also. Felt completely implausible. As in: the books I just read about *time travel* seemed more plausible. Ah well. Would have made a decent airplane book, but no ...more

After a bit of a slow start, I flew through this book. I was totally invested in Velva Jean and could not wait to see how the story turned out. When she was undercover in France, I felt the fear, and at times, hope she had. I'll be reading more by Jennifer Niven.
