COMMENTS: Not one of my favorite reads by Hannah.
Had a few stumbling blocks re: belief suspension
that lost the flow of the story for me. Still,
held my interest. Dr. Cates had a thriving child
psychiatry practice in LA until she was blamed
for not alerting the possible danger/violence
that could occur from one of her patients. OK, couldn't
believe this but... ...more

I can't help but be swept away by the story line of a woman looking for love and finding it in a beautiful child named Alice. Another tender, heart breaking, and beautifully written by Kristin Hannah!
